## 1. Bookings By booking a class at Mirabella Pilates, you agree to these terms and conditions. All bookings are subject to availability. ## 2. Payment Class fees must be paid at the time of booking via our online payment system (PayPal). Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. ## 3. Cancellation Policy - **More than 24 hours before class:** Full refund - **Less than 24 hours before class:** No refund - **No-show:** No refund To cancel, contact us at info@mirabellapilates.com. ## 4. Waitlist When a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, we will contact you in order of waitlist position. ## 5. Health & Safety You are responsible for informing the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancies before class. We reserve the right to refuse participation if it is deemed unsafe. ## 6. Liability Mirabella Pilates and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or damages sustained during classes. Participants take part at their own risk. ## 7. Code of Conduct We are committed to providing a welcoming and respectful environment. Disruptive, discriminatory, or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and may result in being asked to leave without refund. ## 8. Changes to Schedule We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, affected bookings will be offered an alternative or full refund. ## 9. Privacy Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. ## 10. Updates These terms may be updated.
